The Vice President of India Shri M. Hamid Ansari interacted with the Student's Delegation from the "School of International Studies (SIS), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), who called on him here today. The student delegation was led by Prof. Anuradha Chinoy, Dean of School of International Studies, JNU and a few senior academicians also accompanied the delegation.
The students interacted with the Vice President on the various educational, socio, economic issues besides the issues concerning with higher studies and research in the institutions of higher learning. They also interacted on the issues concerning the issues on public life. The delegation members brought to notice of the Vice President the various problems being faced by them in procuring the relevant research study materials and also the problems of financial resources crunch for pursuing research studies in the Universities.
The Vice President assured the student's delegation of his full cooperation in the proper solution the problems in their research studies and wished them good success in their professional career ahead.
