At least four people have been killed in eight bomb blasts that have hit across Thailand in the past 24 hours, in the resort town of Hua Hin and southern provinces, authorities said.
"Twin bombs at the clock tower killed one and injured three," said Hua Hin district chief Sutthipong Klai-udom, referring to two new blasts in the town on Friday that followed twin bombings there the night before.
As well as the four blasts in Hua Hin, there were two on the tourist island of Phuket on Friday along with one in the island gateway town of Surat Thani, and one in southern Trang on Thursday, officials told AFP.
