E-commerce giant Amazon’s Chief Executive Officer Jeff Bezos Wednesday wrote his annual letter to shareholders outlining details on how to revive the company and stand out against increasing competition from peers. 


Bezos has explained that “obsessive customer focus” is the prime criteria of the fourth-largest US public company. From resisting proxies to embracing external trends, he touched on Amazon's use of machine learning and artificial intelligence as well.
