UK and European Union negotiators have finalized their historic post-Brexit trade agreement, according to officials with knowledge of the matter.
The accord will now go to Prime Minister Boris Johnson and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen for their formal approval, said the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
