Understanding self
 
IIM Lucknow will conduct a programme in "Understanding Self for Managerial Excellence". The programme aims to make an effort to demonstrate a manager/leader what potential they have and how it can be used through understanding one self fully; how he/she is relating himself/herself to others and the environment in a better way. This workshop will be a journey into managerial insights to highlight various facets of managerial excellence.

The programme will be conducted at the IIM-L campus from August 21-23 and the programme fee is Rs 20,250 per participant.
 
Securities workshop
 
IIM Bangalore will hold a workshop on "Fixed Income Securities and their Derivatives". The program aims to provide an understanding of operations of fixed income securities market, pricing of fixed income securities and fixed income derivative products. It will also provide a quantitative approach to fixed income securities, bond portfolio management and risk management through practical sessions.

The programme will be held at the IIM-B campus from August 07-11 and the fee is Rs 46,000 (residential) and Rs 34,000 (non-residential).
 
Business of fashion
 
The Indian School of Business, Hyderabad will conduct a programme in "Business of Fashion: Strategic Brand Management". The programme aims to provide a comprehensive treatment of the subject of brands, brand equity, and strategic brand management in the global fashion industry. Strategic brand management involves the design and implementation of marketing and communications programs and activities to build, measure, and manage brand equity. An important goal is to provide managers and executives in the fashion industry with concepts and techniques to improve the long- term profitability of brand strategies.

Enterprise training for women
 
Narsee Monjee Institute of Mangement Studies and Research will hold a programme in "Enterprise Traning for Women". The three month programme aims to train women participants in business-idea generation, business planning and business management. The Programme will commence in July. Last date to enrol is June 30.
