In a bid to attract students with a finance and marketing bent, the ICFAI Business School (IBS) launched its admission test IBSAT-2012 for the MBA programme 2013-15. For the first time, the mid-rung B-school will be hosting the aptitude test on computer based test (CBT) format. It will be conducted within a 20-day testing window from December 15, 2012, and January 6, 2013.
Admissions based on IBSAT-2012 will conducted across 95 centres in India. However, according to Vivek Ranga, director of IBS Ahmedabad, the B-school will also accept GMAT (from 2009 onwards) as well as CAT 2012 scores during admissions.
