The Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore (IIM-B) has once more been able to renew its presence among the Top 3 business schools in Central Asia, having been recognised as the top business school by Eduniversal Business School Ratings and Rankings. More than 120 schools from 60 countries participated in this event held at Istanbul that aims at internationalisation of higher education and student mobility.
Eduniversal is a university ranking by the French consulting company and rating agency SMBG specialised in higher education with its main goal to provide a tool, for students all around the world to rank the best business schools, located in Eduniversal's nine geographical regions (the five continents).
According to a statement from Eduniversal Evaluation System (EES), IIMB remains in the Eduniversal highest category of schools in the 5 Palmes League of Excellence -- Universal Business Schools with a strong global influence. This system is supervised by an international scientific committee composed of nine independent expert members in each of the nine geographical zones.
The remaining schools in Central Asia ranked 2nd and 3rd are the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C).
The 7th Eduniversal World Convention gathered 250 Deans and Directors from the prestigious Business Schools in the world such as Harvard Business School, London Business School, Copenhagen Business School, among others.
The deans' vote is one of the major elements of the EES where the deans and directors of the best 1,000 business schools in the world give their recommendations for each school from the 154 countries.
