IIM Bangalore to mentor doctoral students of IIM Raipur

IIM Raipur in talks with IIM Calcutta for a similar initiative

The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B) will mentor doctoral students from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. 
 
IIM Raipur today said it will send  its students pursuing Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) to Indian Institute of Management Bangalore to attend advanced courses in research. 
 
"As a senior research institute it (IIM-B) has been known for its academic rigour, highest quality research and excellence over decades. The students will be studying advanced courses in the perspective area of research at IIM Bangalore,” IIM Raipur said in a press statement. 
 
FPM at IIM Raipur is a full-time doctoral programme that offers research scholars opportunities for advanced studies and research in different areas of ‘management.’ 
 
 
" While the students have already studied the basic required courses in their respective areas, this opportunity will provide them platform to gain insights into some advanced specialized courses in their areas of research," said IIM Raipur.
