The Indian School of Business (ISB) has set up a task force with support from board members to continue to find the right opportunities for the students. The schools’ Career Service Team is working closely with student volunteers and companies to find the right fit for the students. “Are we doing everything that needs to be done to improve the placements? Are you (the students) doing their very best to get placements?”

This was the poser from ISB Chairman Rajat Kumar Gupta at the eighth graduation day of the school. The ISB placements were to be completed by March 31 but ISB extended the placement activity indefinitely to buy more time to place all the students. The Class of 2009, which has 440 students, graduated recently.
