The Indian School of Business (ISB) is hosting the third edition of the ISB Service Science workshop on July 19-20 at its Hyderabad campus. Hosted by the Srini Raju Center for IT and the Networked Economy (SRITNE) at ISB, the workshop will provide a forum for quality academic discussions as well as interactions with practitioners on issues including organising for innovation, creating the next generation workforce, value creation and measurement in strategic services, and the role of analytics in the services domain.
The workshop would see participation from some of the top business leaders, academic and industry researchers from leading institutions and companies around the world. This is the third consecutive year that SRITNE at ISB is hosting the Service Science workshop.
Day One of the workshop will commence with an industry key note address by R Chandrashekhar, president of Nasscom, followed by presentations and panel discussions on the innovation trajectory of Indian captives, design of different innovation strategies and opportunities and growth in analytics as a service.
