National Management Convention from September 16

The All-India Management Association (AIMA), the national apex body of the management profession in India, will hold its 32nd National Management Convention (NMC) in Hyderabad on September 16-17, 2005.
 
The theme of the convention is 'Best Practices "� Next Practices "� Best of Best'. Boston Consulting Group (BCG) would be the partner consultant for the convention, and Ramalinga Raju, chairman of Satyam Computer Services Limited, would be its chairman, according to a press release.
 
A delegation comprising Sunil Alagh, president of AIMA, Ram Taneja, former president of AIMA, among others met chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy in this regard, the release said.
 
NMC will have speakers and management gurus from Asia Pacific, the European Union and the United States, according to C K Veeresh, president of Hyderabad Management Association.
 
AIMA has a broadbase of 63 local management associations spread across the country and two overseas. It has over 30,000 professional members and 3,000 corporate and institutional members. The Hyderabad Management Association (HMA) is affiliated to AIMA.
