The truth is that life is becoming increasingly complex. In the business world, increasing globalisation, mergers and acquisitions, innovations, scams, recessionary trends are leading to a whole generation of managers who are desperately looking out for ways to deal with the uncertainty. Consultants in an effort to sort out the situation only complicate things further. The slew of management books, the theories, the jargon only serve to make an already garbled reality more so.
In such a situation it is refreshing to read the story of Sam Walton
