Chinese firm Coolpad has launched a new smartphone in India, Coolpad Note 3 Lite. The dual-SIM dual-4G Coolpad Note 3 Lite runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The smartphone comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The device offers 16GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable up to 64 GB through a microSD card. The Coolpad Note 3 Lite is priced at Rs 6,999.

Mahindra has launched the compact SUV KUV100 priced Rs 4.42 lakh-Rs 6.76 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune). The KUV 100 is designed in-house and engineered at Mahindra's research and development facility, the Mahindra Research Valley at Chennai. The SUV is powered by a new engine, mFALCON, and will be available with 5-seater and 6-seater options. The company's first ever mini SUV is the second M&M product based on a monocoque platform. The first product was Mahindra XUV500. The vehicle's light platform helps it achieve high fuel efficiency while offering great performance. The company claims that the KUV100 petrol version returns an ARAI-certified mileage of 18.23 kmpl, while the diesel version returns an impressive 25.3 kmpl.
