All Sensex stocks in red

The Sensex tumbled all the way to a low of 9649 - down 403 points from the day's high of 10,052. The index is now down 274 points at 9683.

There is not a single gainer among the Sensex stocks.

Ranbaxy has slumped 9.4% to Rs 352. Reliance Energy has plunged 7% to Rs 395.

Hindalco and Larsen & Toubro have tumbled over 6% each to Rs 151 and Rs 2,003, respectively. NTPC and SBI have shed 5.5% each to Rs 100 and Rs 794, respectively.

Out of 2,386 stocks traded so far, 2,220 have declined, 139 have advanced and 27 are unchanged.
