Almond prices declined by Rs 10.75 to Rs 348.50 per kg in futures trade today as speculators indulged in profit-booking at existing high levels.

Almond for delivery in June declined by Rs 10.75, or 2.99%, to Rs 348.50 per kg, with an open interest of 12 lots.

Traders said the fall in almond prices was mainly due to profit-booking by traders and speculators, driven by subdued demand in the spot market.
