In restricted activity, almond prices fell by Rs 2.75, or 0.81 per cent, to Rs 335 per kg in futures trade today, as speculators booked profits at existing higher levels in spot markets.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange platform, almond prices fell by Rs 2.75, or 0.81 per cent, to Rs 335 per kg, with an open interest of 45 lots.

Marketmen said profit-booking by speculators and fall in demand at existing higher levels pulled down almond prices at futures trade.
