Almond prices rose by Rs 300 per 40 kg bag in the national capital today, on pick up in demand driven by the marriage season.

Limited stocks following decrease in supplies from overseas markets along with rising demand in the domestic markets, supported the upside in the prices.

Almond (california) prices firmed by Rs 300 to Rs 10,000 per 40 kg, while its kernel moved up to Rs 350-360 from previous close of Rs 340-345 per kg.
