Aluminium futures prices fell by 0.04% to Rs 110.55 per kg today as speculators trimmed positions amid a weak trend in metal at the London Metal Exchange.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in June fell by 35 paise, or 0.04%, to Rs 110.55 per kg, with a business turnover of 458 lots.
Aluminium for delivery in July fell by a similar margin to trade at Rs 111.55 per kg in a turnover of 17 lots.
Marketmen said weakness in metal at the London Metal Exchange on concern that signs of slowing growth from the US to China will curb demand, put pressure on the aluminium prices at futures trade here.
