Earlier, the scrip was listed on the Madras Stock Exchange during December 2004. The promoters hold 66 per cent of the equity while the remaining 34 per cent is held by the public. |
In a press release, P B Subramaniyan, executive director of the company, said that the listing leads to improved liquidity and enables investors to purchase the shares. |
This stock broking organisation also plans to add 200 branch offices in the next two years besides introducing new products like mutual funds, insurance products and loans, the release said. |
The company's net worth is Rs 18.16 crore in the current financial year registering a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 6.22 crore. |
