Arhar and its dal prices declined by Rs 50 per quintal on the wholesale pulses market today on sluggish demand against adequate supply.
Elsewhere, other commodities continued to move in a narrow range and settled around previous levels.
Traders said adequate supply against subdued demand at prevailing levels mainly led to decline in arhar and its dal prices.
In the national capital, arhar and its dal dara variety lost Rs 50 each to Rs 4,050-4,150 and Rs 5,400-5,800 per quintal respectively.
