Asian markets in green

Asian markets have opened in green this morning. The Nikkei with a gain of over 1% is the top gainer, up 115 points, at 9,546.

The Hang Seng has gained 101 points at 20,916. The Taiwan Weighted index has rallied 41 points to 7,802.

The Shanghai Composite, Straits Times and Seoul Composite indexes are trading on a flat note.
