Most Asian markets are up this morning.
The Hang Seng has surged 265 points to 13,853. The Nikkei has moved up 49 points to 8,053.
The Taiwan Weighted index, however, has slipped 32 points to 4,275. The Straits Times index has advanced 32 points to 1,672, and the Seoul Composite index has added three points to 1,025.
The Shanghai Composite index has gained 49 points at 2,014.
