Asian markets in green; Nikkei up 241pts

Asian markets are in positive zone this morning.

The Hang Seng has rallied 453 points to 24,506. The Nikkei has surged 241 points to 13,329.

The Shanghai Composite index has gained 53 points at 4,473.

The Taiwan Weighted index has slipped 30 points to 7,456. The Straits Times and the Seoul Composite indices, however, are almost flat at 3,048 and 1,626, respectively.
