Asian markets are witnessing profit taking today following yesterday's strong upmove.
The Hang Seng has plunged 474 points to 20,320. The Nikkei has dropped 185 points to 12,439.
The Taiwan Weighted index has shed 226 points at 6,433. The Straits Times index has declined 50 points to 2,647, and the Seoul Composite index is down 25 points at 1,451.
The Shanghai Composite index has slipped 15 points to 2,128.
