Asian markets are in a sea of red this morning.
The Hang Seng has plunged 247 points to 13,873. The Nikkei has slipped 152 points to 8,475.
The Taiwan Weighted index has shed 94 points at 5,297. The Straits Times index has declined 27 points to 1,718, and the Seoul Composite index is down 14 points at 1,223.
The Shanghai Composite index however is flat at 2,376.
