Asian markets marginally positive

Asian markets were flat to marginally positive this morning.

The Nikkei has slipped 10 points to 17,470. The Hang Seng has moved up 37 points to 19,730. The Shanghai Composite index has advanced 22 points to 3097.

The Taiwan Weighted index has gained 14 points at 7873, and the Straits Times index has added two points to 3207. The Seoul Composite index, however, is down two points at 1446.
