Asian markets mostly in red

Asian markets are mostly in negative zone this morning.

Japan's Nikkei has shed 133 points to 17,933. Hong Kong's Hang Seng has slipped 17 points to 21,787.

China's Shanghai Composite index, however, has moved up 12 points to 3985.

The Taiwan Weighted index is down nine points at 8856, and the
Straits Times index has declined 22 points to 3503. The Seoul Composite index is down 13 points to 1736.
