Asian markets are mostly up this morning.
The Hang Seng has slipped 35 points to 15,528. The Nikkei has gained 101 points at 9,145.
The Taiwan Weighted index has advanced 43 points to 4,741. While the Straits Times has declined 11 points to 1,913, the Seoul Composite index has moved up 25 points to 1,198.
The Shanghai Composite index has added 32 points to 1,912.
