Asian markets move up; Hang Seng up 314pts

Asian markets are mostly up this morning.

The Hang Seng has gained 314 points at 22,930. The Nikkei has moved up 15 points to 13,032.

The Straits Times index has advanced 35 points to 2,904, and the Seoul Composite index has added eight points to 1,648.

The Taiwan Weighted index, however, has dropped 87 points to 7,587.
