The Hang Seng is quoting at 21,575, stronger by 331 points or 1.5% and the Nikkei is at 11,141, higher by 226 points or 2%.
Taiwan Weighted is at 8,144, higher by 139 points or 1.7%, Seoul Composite is at 1,754, higher by 17 points or 1% and Straits Times is at 3,001, up 13 points or 0.4%.
