The Asian markets have started on a positive note.
Hang Seng is quoting at 21,036, stronger by 63 points or 0.3% and Nikkei is at 9,675, higher by 178 points or 1.8%.
Straits Times, Seoul Composite and Taiwan Weighted are virtually unchanged at 2,979, 1,768 and 7,752 respectively.
And Shanghai Composite is at 2,584, higher by nine points or 0.3%.
