The Asian markets have started the week on a mixed note. Hang Seng is at 24,198, lower by 84 points or 0.3%, Nikkei is at 10,536, up 37 points or 0.3%.
Taiwan Weighted is at 8,947, down 51 points or 0.5%.
Straits Times and Seoul are flat at 3,244 and 2,108 respectively.
