The Asian markets have opened in the green. Hang Seng is quoting at 20,147, stronger by 227 points or 1.1% and the Nikkei is at 10,499, higher by 134 points or 1.3%.
Seoul Composite is at 1,670, stronger by 22 points or 1.3%, Taiwan Weighted is at 7,629, higher by 62 points or 0.8% and Straits Times is at 2,833, up 12 points or 0.4%.
