The Hang Seng has surged 264 points to 13,443. The Nikkei has rallied 200 points to 8,149.
The Taiwan Weighted index has soared 127 points to 4,490. The Straits Times index has advanced 11 points to 1,716, and the Seoul Composite index has added 22 points to 1,200.
The Shanghai Composite index has gained 37 points at 2,135.
