Asian markets have rallied smartly this morning.
The Hang Seng has surged 525 points to 15,283. The Nikkei has rallied 390 points to 8,626.
The Taiwan Weighted index has gained 164 points at 4,646. The Straits Times index has advanced 33 points to 1,774, and the Seoul Composite index has added 51 points to 1,155.
The Shanghai Composite index is up 33 points at 1,987.
