Asian markets are down this morning. The Hang Seng has slipped 39 points to 21,730. The Nikkei has dropped 128 points (1.2%) to 10,315.
The Straits Times and the Taiwan Weighted have shed marginally to 2,669 and 7,470, respectively. The Shanghai Composite is flat at 3,059.
The Seoul Composite is up three points to 1,699.
