Asian markets start in the negative

The Asian markets have started the week in the negative as energy firms dropped along with oil prices coupled with the ongoing European debt woes forming for a harsher regulatory climate pressurising the financial sector.

The top loser among the indices are Nikkei and Seoul Composite losing  nearly 0.9% each followed by Hang Seng,Taiwan Weighted and Jakarta Composite losing in the range of 0.5-0.7%

The only abberation here is Shanghai Composite which is up 0.7%.
