After yeaterday's strong start, teh Asian indices have pared it gains in the opening trades today.
The Asian markets are largely trading in the negative with Straits Times down 0.6% leading the losses. Jakarta Composite, Nikkei, Taiwan Weighted and Shanghai Composite are down nearly 0.2%.
Some of the indices that managed to hold its gains are Seoul Composite up 0.2%, Hang Seng and KLSE Composite trading flat but with a positive bias.
