Asian markets are subdued this morning.
The Hang Seng has moved up 55 points to 14,471. The Nikkei has slipped 84 points to 8,793.
The Taiwan Weighted index has shed 26 points at 4,510. The Straits Times is up nine points at 1,836, while the Seoul Composite index has declined 20 points to 1,186.
The Shanghai Composite index is up eight points at 1,886.
