Asian markets trade flat

Asian markets are trading on a subdued note this morning.

Hang Seng has added seven points to 21,363. Nikkei, however, has dropped 22 points to 9,279.

Taiwan Weighted has jumped 12 points to 7,902.

However, the Straits Times and Shanghai Composite have dropped marginally in morning trades.
