BAG lists at 14.80, ends day at 12.30

 BAG Films recently came out with an initial public offering (IPO) of 1,48,60,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each, for cash at a premium of Rs 8 per share, aggregating Rs 14.86 crore.

 The company was established in 1993 with multi-lingual, multi-genre and multi-time band products in its portfolio.

 According to company release, proceeds from the issue will be utilised to develop in-house production facilities.
