Sugar producer Bajaj Hindusthan today said it will raise over Rs 75.60 crore through issue of warrants to promoters.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said its board has approved the issue of 1.45 crore warrants to the promoters, which would be converted into equity shares at a later date.
The holder of each warrant would be alloted one equity share at the time of conversion, the company said, adding that the warrants have been priced at Rs 52.14 per share.
Shares of Bajaj Hindusthan were trading at Rs 106.45, up 0.33 per cent on the BSE.
