Banks take fancy to market-making in gold futures

 Scotia Moccatta, a division of Bank of Nova Scotia Bank, ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank, HSBC, ABN Amro and HDFC Bank are in the process of obtaining permission from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) individually, while NCDEX has already sought RBI permission for the same.
