Nickel, tin, copper and zinc prices moved up at the non-ferrous metal market here today due to good industrial demand amidst better stockists offtake.
Meanwhile, lead prices eased on poor support from consumer industries. Nickel and tin prices gained by Rs 5 per kilo each to Rs 1,075 and Rs 1,010 from overnight closing level of Rs 1,070 and Rs 1,010.
Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper armiture, and copper wire bar all moved up by Rs 2 per kilo each to Rs Rs 374, Rs 368, Rs 360 and Rs 402, respectively.
Copper utensils scrap and zinc both inched up by a rupee per kilo each to Rs 343 and Rs 115, respectively. However, lead softened by a rupee per kilo to Rs 108.
