Bharti Tele-Ventures rings louder on fund buying

Bharti Tele-Ventures hit an all-time high of Rs 169.40 at the National Stock Exchange in the afternoon trades on aggressive FIIs buying.
 
The stock was also one of the big gainers at the BSE, gaining over 5 per cent to close at Rs 162.40 backed by huge volumes of 21.49 lakh shares at the BSE.
 
As per market talks, CLSA has been an active buyer in the counter for the last couple of sessions. In last eight trading sessions, the stock has now risen 32.24 per cent to its all-time high of Rs 169.40 from its recent low of Rs 128.10 on March 22.
 
There was index buying by FIIs in today's trading leading to a sharp gain in the Bharti counter.
 
According to analysts, the counter has been witnessing aggressive buying after the company registered a good December quarter result and on today's reports that the company is scouting to acquire Aircel, the largest cellular service provider in Tamil Nadu with 5,90,848 subscriber.
