Brigade Enterprises has zoomed 7% to Rs 47.40 on reports that the company is looking to raise around Rs 150 crore through private equity route by offloading a part of its stake in one of the commercial project located at Bangalore.
The project named Summit Brigade Metropolis, which is situated at Whitefield, has 800,000 sq ft of built-up area and spread over two towers, sources said.
In the intraday trade, the stock opened at Rs 46.75 and made a high of Rs 49. Around 14,000 shares were traded on the BSE and NSE.
