BSE Ltd today said it had set up a grievance redressal mechanism at its investor service centres at Ahmedabad and Hyderabad with effect from March 30.
Investors can lodge their complaints against trading members at BSE's Investor Service Centres at Ahmedabad and Hyderabad, a BSE release said.
The market regulator, Sebi in February this year had directed the exchanges to set up such mechanism by March 31.
The BSE already has investor service centres at Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and New Delhi.
