<b>Budget 2008: </b> Sensex down 115pts

The Sensex is now down 115 points at 17,710.

The NSE Nifty is down 55 points at 5,230.

Tata Motors and Bharti Airtel have dropped 2% each to Rs 696 and Rs 828, respectively.

Wipro, Hindalco and ICICI Bank have slipped nearly 2% each to Rs 438, Rs 200 and Rs 1,083, respectively.

Tata Steel and ONGC have shed 1.5% each at Rs 811 and Rs 1,024, respectively.

ACC and Reliance Communications is down over 1% each at Rs 798 and Rs 577, respectively.

ITC and Satyam have slipped over 1% each to Rs 205 and Rs 452, respectively.

The market breadth is positive - out of 2,267 stocks traded so far, 1,298 have advanced, 913 have declined and 56 are unchanged.
