Bullish trend continues

The market, after the budget announcement, has turned extremely bullish with hectic buying seen in almost all the sectors. The Sensex, as a result, has surged 102 points to 6,672. The Nifty, too, is on a roll and has moved up 32 points to 2,093.

Reliance is still up a per cent (Rs 4) at Rs 544. While HLL has upped its gains by 2.14% (Rs 3) to Rs 143, ITC has reversed its trend into the green with a gain of 1.31% (Rs 17) at Rs 1,304.

SBI has flared up 2.65% gains (Rs 18) to Rs 703. While HDFC Bank has soared 4.35% (Rs 25) to Rs 594, ICICI Bank has gained 3.20% (Rs 12) to Rs 379.

While HPCL has advanced 6.73% (Rs 23) to Rs 367, ONGC has clocked a per cent gain (Rs 9) to Rs 851.

Infosys has logged 1.65% gains (Rs 36) to Rs 2,216. While Wipro has firmed up 2.34% (Rs 16) to Rs 690, Satyam is up a per cent (Rs 3) at Rs 404.

Hero Honda has notched up 3.27% gains (Rs 17) to Rs 537, and Tata Motors is up a per cent (Rs 3) at Rs 474.

HDFC has added 2.35% (Rs 18) to Rs 775, and L&T has moved up 2% (Rs 22) to Rs 1,104. While Reliance Energy has jumped 1.72% (Rs 9) to Rs 561, Bharti has added 1.82% (Rs 4) to Rs 224.
