C Mahendra Exports, a diamond jewellery company, has fixed price band of Rs 95-110 per share for its initial public offering (IPO).
The company's issue of 15 million shares will open for subscription on December 31 and close on January 6, 2011.
C Mahendra Exports intends to use the proceeds of the issue for setting up a diamond processing unit in Gujarat and a jewellery manufacturing unit at Mumbai. The company is also looking at setting up retail outlets and financing its brand development expenses.
